Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods within a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last part consignment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods which are delivered in several part consignments or pieces, or
• on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the first item of goods, provided that you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://nebiruparfv.ms/vertrag-widerrufen/. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), containing details of the content of the withdrawal notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to have sent your declaration of withdrawal via the withdrawal right function (the so-called „withdrawal button“) before the deadline expires.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us (Nebiru Parfvms, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, c/o IP_Management #4077, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, telephone number: -, email address: info@nebiruparfv.ms) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

In this case, to ensure that the withdrawal period is observed, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of them which was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
